I decided today that I love Marathon Monday in Boston. If I don't have to be at the Marathon that is. I just hung out at home this morning, but this afternoon I walked down to Downtown Crossing and wandered in and out of the stores. It was such a beautiful day. The sky was so perfectly blue and there was a nice breeze. It wasn't too hot, not too cool. It was wonderful. There wasn't much traffic (thank you Boston Marathon) and everything just felt happy. It was the kind of day that makes me love Boston even more than I usually do. On a day like this, when I feel good and I'm walking around this city, I think, I do want to stay here forever.
